|Step 1: Application
Complete the Membership Application Form and submit it along with required documents to CPCC by fax, mail or lodge through CPCC website.
Step 2: Approval
Upon receipt of the application form and all other necessary documents, the application will be submitted to the Board of Governors for approval.
Step 3: Payment
Once the application has been approved, CPCC will issue a letter of confirmation and instruction on remittance of annual membership fee.
Once the payment for membership annual fee has been received, a welcome letter with the member’s “user name” and “password” will be mailed to the new member.

※ Copy of passport ID page(must be Filipino citizen)
